You know, people talk about the corporate cultures of these giant businesses but I want to say how impressed I am when a local business totally kills it. All Coakley employees have been incredibly helpful, kind, and otherwise lovely to deal with. You can tell they have been well trained and really care about customers. Think old timey hardware store in the best ways. They are the only place I'll go locally from now on.
