I am writing to thank you and praise your home remodeling work crew.
On December 12111 and 13th Dan Kueglen, along with his crew members John and Patrick, installed eight south facing windows at my home in the town of Canton. Despite the cold weather, the team worked quickly and efficiently; the windows were in place in two days. Ryan Hicks came on t e 13111 and the following week to complete the trim work.
There was a slight problem with the window frame color but between Dan and Ryan, with consultation from Bryan Lee, a solution was reached and Ryan's work was professionally executed.
In addition to the exce11ent work, these employees were helpful, respectful, and pleasant to deal with.
Coakley's has been a landmark in the community of Canton for as long as I have lived here (1981). I have had many dealings with this establishment and they have all been positive experiences. Your business is fortunate to have such a quality work crew and I am happy to tell other residents about my experience and recommend their craftsmanship.

This place has most everything you need, at a fairly decent price. I'd say better price than most hardware stores in town and the surrounding area. Nice staff, on occasion there is some confusion but they always make it right

You know, people talk about the corporate cultures of these giant businesses but I want to say how impressed I am when a local business totally kills it. All Coakley employees have been incredibly helpful, kind, and otherwise lovely to deal with. You can tell they have been well trained and really care about customers. Think old timey hardware store in the best ways. They are the only place I'll go locally from now on.
